The Curves Circuit is a simple, repeating pattern built specifically for women’s physiology. You move through 10 strength stations paired with recovery cardio steps. Each station lasts 30 seconds. The hydraulic machines adjust to your strength level automatically, so you never lift more than you can handle—and never lift less than you need.

Light movement to prepare your joints and raise your heart rate safely.

10 strength machines + 10 cardio recovery pads. Alternate, keep moving, stay in your zone.
